We’re based in Gurgaon, specifically at Ridgewood Estate in DLF Phase IV. Our office is Flat 106. Being in DLF Phase IV means we're close to a lot of things, but the estate itself is quite residential. It's a nice change of pace for a financial company like Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd. Most people expect us to be in one of those huge glass towers nearby, but we prefer this flat. It’s got a bit more character and feels more grounded. We have our setup in the main rooms of the flat, and it works out pretty well for our daily tasks. The security at Ridgewood is quite strict, so we always have to make sure guests are registered, which can be a bit of a hassle sometimes. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We do a lot of financial work, looking at spreadsheets and managing accounts. It’s not very exciting stuff to look at, but it keeps us busy. We usually order lunch from one of the many places nearby or just bring stuff from home. The balcony is a good spot to stand for a minute when the eyes get tired of the screen. We aren’t trying to be some big, intimidating firm. We’re just a team of people working out of a decent apartment in Haryana, making sure the numbers are right and the work gets done on time.
