We are based right in Gurgaon, Haryana, which is a place that never seems to stop growing. There is construction everywhere you look, and the dust is just something you learn to live with. Our office is a straightforward setup with rows of desks and a few small meeting rooms that we use when we need to talk quietly. It’s mostly just us and our screens for eight or nine hours a day. We have a water cooler that is the main social hub of the office. The light coming in through the windows is quite bright in the mornings, so we usually have the blinds halfway down. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and go home. Some of us have been here since the company started, while others are newer, but we all just blend in. Lunchtime is usually spent at the local stalls or eating at our desks while watching videos. The traffic in Gurgaon is a nightmare, so we talk about our commutes a lot. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay on top of our tasks and keep the clients happy without overcomplicating things. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just some instant powder and a kettle, and that’s fine for us.
