We are set up near Sohna Chowk, which is right by the Amex Mall. It’s a fairly busy intersection, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, mostly helping people find their way around the local property market. The office isn't anything to write home about, just a functional space where we keep our maps and paperwork. Being so close to the mall means there’s always plenty of people around, which is nice, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We usually get in early before the traffic really starts to build up on the chowk. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in or calling up folks who have questions about land or flats in the vicinity. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the area well. The walls are a bit plain, and we could probably use a new coat of paint, but it serves its purpose. We like being near the mall because it’s easy for people to find us. You just head towards Sohna Chowk and we’re right there. It’s a practical location for what we do, and we’ve gotten used to the hustle and bustle of this part of town over the years. Just a local office doing local work for people who need a hand with property.
