Malik Associates

Our office, Malik Associates, is located at number 103 in the Sector 22 Shopping Center. We are situated right near Satyam Plaza, which is a major landmark that almost everyone in this area knows. The shopping center is a very busy place, especially when the weekend rolls around. Our office is just a small room where we manage all our daily business. It might look a little bit old-fashioned to some, but it works perfectly for what we need. There is a large table in the center where we spread out our documents and talk with anyone who drops by. You can always hear the sound of the traffic and people chatting outside, which gives the office a bit of energy. Our focus is mainly on Sector 22 and the blocks right next to it. We have watched the property market here change quite a bit over the decades. We don't use any complicated software to figure out prices; we just use what we know and talk to the people who live here. It is a very hands-on way to run a business. Sometimes we stay late to finish up our files after the market has gone quiet. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate image. We just want to give people honest information about the local shops and houses. Most of our clients are just regular people from around the corner. We treat everyone the same way.
