We operate out of Sector 14 in Gurgaon, which is a pretty well-known area in this part of Haryana. Maharani Group Of Hotels has been around for a bit, and our office here is where we handle the bookings and all the management stuff for our properties. It’s not always quiet, as there is usually someone checking on a reservation or talking to the staff at one of the hotels. The building is right in the mix of things in Sector 14, so there’s always people moving around outside. We have a small team sitting here, mostly just regular people who know the hotel business inside and out. We don't have fancy brochures all over the place, just desks and computers and the usual office supplies that any place needs. It’s a practical place where we make sure the rooms are ready and the guests are taken care of. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, but that’s just how it is in the hospitality world. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. It’s a local operation, and we like being in this part of Gurgaon because it feels more established than the newer sectors. We just do our work, drink our tea, and try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible for the guests who stay with us. There isn't much more to it than that, just keeping the rooms filled and the guests happy.
