Luxem Hospitality Private Limited is located at P.No. 680 in Saraswati Kunj, right in Sector-53 of Gurugram. We’re just a local business trying to handle the hospitality needs of this busy city. It’s not a giant corporate headquarters, just a place in the colony where we keep our files and meet up. We started this because we saw a lot of people coming to Gurgaon who needed a bit of help with staying and eating and such. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the rooms are clean and the food is hot. It’s a lot of small details that can get overlooked if you aren't careful. We don’t have a fancy logo or a bunch of slogans. We just work. Some days we are running around until late at night, and other days we’re just sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. That’s the nature of this business. We’re real people, not some faceless company. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our everyday clothes just doing the chores. We like being in Haryana and being part of the community here. It’s hard work, and sometimes we get tired, but we keep going. We don’t do big ads. We just hope that if we do okay, people will tell their friends. It's a simple life.
