Lanco Infratech Ltd

We’re located up in Gurgaon, in Phase 1 of Udyog Vihar. Our office is at Number 229, on the second floor of the A-6 building. It’s a busy industrial area, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise from the nearby companies. Lanco Infratech Ltd has been here for a while. The office itself is pretty standard for Udyog Vihar. It’s a lot of open space with desks and piles of project files. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the planning and management side of infrastructure. There’s always someone running to a meeting or checking a schedule on their computer. It can be a bit chaotic during the middle of the week, but we’re used to it. The 122001 pincode area is a major hub, so we’re right in the middle of everything. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy presentations; we mostly just use the whiteboards to scribble out ideas and timelines. It’s a practical environment. People here are hard workers, and we usually stay late when there’s a big project deadline. We grab lunch from the local stalls or the nearby food courts. It’s a very typical Gurgaon work life. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just provide the space and the effort needed to get these big infrastructure jobs moving along. It’s a solid, straightforward operation here in Haryana, and we just keep pushing forward with the daily grind.
