Laing Orourke

This is Laing Orourke. We are located over at 115 Aspen Greens. It’s part of the Unitech Nirvana Country area in Gurgaon. If you've ever been to South City Phase 2, you've probably been near us. It’s a decent area, quite a few trees around compared to the rest of the city, which makes it a nice place to work. We use this spot as our base of operations. It’s not like a factory or a big construction site here; it’s more of an office setup where we handle the planning and the paperwork side of things. Gurgaon is always growing, and there's always something being built. We’re right in the middle of that growth. Our office stays pretty busy with phone calls and meetings all day long. It’s a professional enough place, but we don't worry too much about having the newest furniture or the most modern art on the walls. We just need things that work. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we know how things go. We try to keep things simple and honest. No need for complicated explanations. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage. That’s just how it is working in Haryana. We’re just a team trying to keep our projects on track from our little corner of Nirvana Country. It’s hard work, but we stay at it.
