Kitchen Se

Kitchen Se is over at A-153 in Supermart I. We are tucked away in DLF Galleria Phase Iv, which is usually a pretty lively and loud part of Dlf City. It is not the biggest space in the world, but it works for what we do here every day. We started this because we wanted to cook things the way we like to eat them. Most of our day is spent in the back area, chopping vegetables and making sure the stove is hot. Being in Supermart I means we get a lot of office workers and people who are just doing their daily grocery shopping. It can be a bit of a maze in DLF Galleria sometimes, but once you find A-153, you will find us there. We do not have a corporate office or anything polished like that. It is just a few of us making food and cleaning up. Some days are much slower than others. We do not use any fancy slogans or marketing tricks. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. The sink leaks sometimes and we have to figure out how to fix it ourselves. That is just life in a small business. We really appreciate the people who come back every week. It feels good to have a small spot in Phase Iv. We try to keep things grounded and just do our best with what we have. Most of the time it is just about making it through the rush.
