Kfc

You can find us at U 2/25, which is right on the third floor of the U Block building. We are tucked away just behind the RBS office in DLF Phase III, which is a really busy part of Gurgaon. Being up on the third floor means we are away from the street noise a little bit, but the kitchen stays very loud and active most of the day. Working at Kfc involves a lot of standing and moving around, especially when the lunch rush starts and people from the nearby offices come over for a quick meal. The stairs up to our floor can be a bit tiring if you are carrying supplies, but we’ve all gotten used to the climb. It is a small team here and we mostly just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the tables are wiped down. Gurgaon is always hot in the summer, so we really appreciate the air conditioning when it’s working right. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact spot in U Block because the roads are so narrow and crowded, but we manage to sort it out. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. We just try to cook the chicken right and keep the place running without too much trouble. It’s a fast-paced environment and there is rarely a quiet moment until we close up late at night.
