Delhi Chicken Corner

This place is at K7, 41A in DLF City Phase II. If you are near the Sahara Mall, we are right opposite that. There is also Samrat Bakery close by, which most people in Gurgaon know. We have been running this chicken corner for a while now. It’s a busy spot because of the mall and the bakery traffic. Usually, the evenings are the most crowded. People stop by after shopping or when they are headed home to Phase II. The shop is small and simple. We don't have fancy chairs or big decorations. It is just about the food and getting it to the customers. Sometimes the road gets blocked with cars, especially on weekends, but we manage. Being in DLF City Phase II means we see a lot of the same faces every week. It feels like a local neighborhood spot even though the big mall is right across the street. We do a lot of take-away orders. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know how to handle the rush. We just focus on the chicken and making sure it's cooked right. It's not a corporate chain or anything like that. Just a regular corner shop where you can get something to eat. The 122002 area is always moving fast, and we just keep up with it. We open up every day and stay until the last order is done. It gets hot in the kitchen but we just keep going.
