Jassritha Hotels Private Limited is based out of Shop No 35 on the 1st floor of the Baba Chitru Complex. That’s in Wazirabad, over in Sector-52 of Gurgaon. It’s a busy local spot with a lot of shops and small businesses around us. We aren't in a fancy glass tower; we’re right there in the complex where we can see the street and what's going on. We do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for hotels from this office. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, making calls, and keeping track of everything on our computers. Wazirabad is a good location for us because it’s central to a lot of things we need. The office is a bit small, and sometimes it gets noisy when the market downstairs is busy, but we don’t mind. It feels real. We started this company to stay involved in the hotel industry in Haryana. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything. We just use common sense to solve issues as they come up. People in the complex know us, and we know the tea seller nearby. It’s that kind of place. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the hotels we manage are running okay. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far. We just take it day by day and try to stay organized without being too formal.
