We’re tucked away at 2325 Rajeev Nagar in Gurgaon. J S Consultants is basically just us helping people figure things out. It’s not one of those big glass towers you see in the other parts of Gurgaon. We’re in a more regular neighborhood, which we prefer. The office is on a street that stays pretty busy with local traffic and people walking to the market. Inside, it’s mostly just us on computers and phones. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It’s just a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Some people think consulting has to be all about big words and PowerPoint slides, but we just talk to folks and try to solve their problems. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power cuts out for a bit, but that’s just life in Rajeev Nagar. We’ve had the same furniture for years because it still works fine. We don’t feel the need to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we’re here at 2325. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the kids playing or the vendors shouting, but it keeps the day interesting. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s a simple way to run a business and it keeps us grounded in the community.
