J P Associate

We are located at 124 Sector 14, right on the Main Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, but it makes it easy for people to pull over and come inside. I’ve been working out of this office for a few years, and I’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s mostly just me and a colleague here. We keep things pretty straightforward. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for what we need. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to live or trying to track down a specific type of shop space. Sector 14 is a popular spot, so there’s always something happening. I usually walk to get my lunch from one of the stalls nearby. The traffic noise is a constant thing, but it’s part of being on the main road. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just a small board outside so people know it’s J P Associate. I try to stay organized with my files, though they tend to pile up on my desk by Friday. It's a lot of coordinating between owners and folks looking for a place. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving. If someone needs to see a property, we just grab the keys and head out. It’s a simple life.
