Itc Ltd, Hotel Division

We are located in B-209 at Brothers Apartment, which is in Sector 54 of Gurgaon. It’s an apartment building, so it’s a bit different from a standard office block. We use this space to manage things for the hotel side of the business. It’s mostly desks, computers, and people talking on phones about bookings or supplies. Sector 54 is a busy area with a lot of high-rises, but our spot in the apartment is a bit more tucked away. We don’t have a big lobby or a showroom. It’s just a place where the work happens. We focus on the details of running hotels, even though we aren't standing in one right now. There’s usually a lot of paperwork regarding schedules and logistics. We try to stay organized, but with so many things moving at once, it can get a bit cluttered with folders and notes. The staff here has been together for a while, so we have our own way of doing things. We aren't into big corporate speeches or slogans. We just log in, do what needs to be done, and head home at the end of the day. It’s a steady job in a nice part of Gurgaon, and we just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come in. Everything here is about keeping the hotel operations running as they should.
