Our office is located in Tower E, specifically room 801, at Bestech Park View Sanskriti. It’s over in the Garhi Harsaru area of Gurgaon. Since we are up on the eighth floor, we get a decent view of the surroundings, though it’s mostly just more construction and roads. We handle hotels and resorts from this spot. It’s a lot of planning and coordinating with different locations. The building itself is quite modern, which is a bit different from some of our older offices. We have a lot of paperwork to get through every week, mostly related to guest registrations and facility upkeep. The area is a bit out of the main city center, so it’s a little quieter, which helps when we need to focus. We aren't a huge team. We’re just a few people who have been in the hospitality industry for a long time. We know how things can go wrong at the last minute, so we spend a lot of time preparing for that. Whether it’s a booking glitch or a staffing issue, we just take it as it comes. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have our files stacked up and our desks are usually a bit messy. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business in Haryana. It’s about being reliable and getting the basics right every single day without making a big fuss about it.
