Innovest Advisory is located in Mapple Height, which is in Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. Being in H 1201 means we are up on one of the higher floors, so we get a decent view of the other buildings around here. Gurgaon is constantly changing, with new towers going up all the time, but we’ve stayed put here. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of files. Since we do advisory work, there is always a lot of reading and checking numbers involved. It’s quiet most of the time, which is good because we need to concentrate. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who have a background in this stuff. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales tactics you see elsewhere. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood. The commute can be a nightmare if the rains are bad, but otherwise, it’s not too bad. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a very normal office environment. No one is wearing a three-piece suit unless there is a very specific reason for it. We just try to keep things moving forward and handle the tasks we have on our plates every day.
