We are at G 74 on the Top Floor of Greenwood City in Sector 40, Gurgaon. Being on the top floor is nice because we get a bit of a view of the Haryana skyline. It is much better than being stuck in a basement. The office for Indiabulls Securities Ltd here is pretty basic. We have some desks and a lot of papers. Sector 40 is a decent area, and Greenwood City is a well-known landmark around here. Sometimes the climb up to the top floor feels long if you’re tired, but we don’t mind. It keeps us moving. The space isn't huge, but it is enough for what we need to do. We don't have any big marketing slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where we handle the day-to-day business. We talk about regular stuff like the traffic on the way in or what we’re doing over the weekend. It feels like a normal workplace. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the summer being on the top floor, but we have fans and AC to keep us going. We’ve been in this part of Gurgaon for a while and we know the neighborhood well. It is a straightforward setup at G 74. We just show up every morning and get to work without making a big deal out of it. It is just our little spot in the city where we get things done.
