We are Indiabulls Securities Ltd and our office is at H No 511 3 Shri Ram Colony in Prem Nagar, Gurgaon. This isn't the part of Gurgaon with the huge malls; it’s more of a regular residential neighborhood. We handle all the stock market and securities work for people living around here. Our office is set up in a way that’s functional and simple. We have a few computers and a lot of desks covered in paperwork. Most of the day involves watching the market trends and helping clients with their trades. We get a lot of people from Prem Nagar who come in to ask about how to start trading or to fix an error in their account. We don't use any corporate speak or fancy language. We just sit down and talk to them like neighbors. It’s a lot of manual work, checking documents and making sure everything is signed in the right place. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the wind outside, so we’re always wiping down the monitors. We usually have some tea or coffee while we work through the afternoon slump. It’s a very local feel here. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place for people to deal with their shares and investments. It’s a steady, daily grind that we’ve been doing for quite a while now in this colony.
