You can find our workplace at House Number 252/1 in Mia Wali Adarsh Nagar. It’s a busy little pocket of Gurgaon that stays active from morning till night. Ice Pice Food Factory Private Limited is the name on our business registration. We operate out of this building, which used to be a regular family house before we set everything up for our work. It’s got a bit of a cramped feel because we have a lot of supplies and equipment packed into the different rooms. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist waiting to greet people. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back rooms busy with the production. It’s a lot of manual work and we stay on our feet for most of the day. The neighborhood is full of life and noise. There are always kids playing in the street nearby and neighbors talking over their front fences. We’ve lived and worked in this specific area for several years. We don’t do things the way those big fancy companies do. We don't have meetings about strategy or future visions. We just talk about what needs to be made that morning and then we get to it. Sometimes the machinery we use is a bit loud, but the neighbors are used to it and don't seem to mind. We try to keep the place tidy, but when you’re this busy, it’s hard to stay on top of all the cleaning. It's a real place with real work.
