This location is out on Sohna Road in Gurgaon, specifically at Quarter Number 60/2 in the S.S. Afccts area. It is actually quite a distance from the main hotel building that most people know. This specific spot is used more for staff housing and administrative tasks. It is much quieter out here than in the middle of the city. The building is a standard residential type, and we use this space to handle specific back-end tasks and some of the housing arrangements for the team. There is none of the luxury or the marble floors you see at the main hotel; here it is all about utility and being practical. We have basic rooms set up with the essentials for the people who stay here or work from this site. The surroundings are typical for this part of Gurgaon, with new apartment buildings popping up all the time and a fair amount of dust from the roads. We have a small kitchen area where we can make some tea and a common room where we talk about the work schedule for the week. It is a very different vibe from the high-paced hospitality environment, much more relaxed and low-key. We just go about our business, making sure the administrative side of things is kept in order and that the property is looked after. It is an essential part of the larger operation, even if it is tucked away in a quiet corner.
