You can find us at Unit G-15 on the ground floor of Spaze Boulevard-1. It’s right in Sector 47 of Gurgaon. The complex is pretty busy, lots of other shops and offices around us. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to wait for the elevators, which can be slow in this building. We work on the hospitality side of things, managing different property interests. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at spreadsheets, mixed with running out to meet people. The 122018 area is quite developed now. There’s always someone coming or going in the plaza. Our office is a bit small, but it fits the four of us just fine. We have a small pantry where we make way too much tea during the day. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just try to keep the operations running without too many hiccups. Sometimes the internet is slow or the AC struggles in the June heat, but that’s just life in Gurgaon. We deal with guests, handle the bookings, and make sure the maintenance guys actually show up when they say they will. It’s a lot of follow-up work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just manage places for people to stay and try to do it right. It’s a simple business model and we are happy enough with how things are going lately.
