Hotel Airport City

Running a hotel like Hotel Airport City on Mahipalpur Road means there is never a quiet moment. We are located at Plot A 11, right on Road No 1, which is a spot a lot of travelers end up in because it's so close to the airport. The traffic on Delhi Gurgaon Road is pretty much constant, so we see people coming and going at all hours of the night. Some arrive very late after a long flight and just want a bed, while others are leaving early for a trip. Our staff stays busy with the rooms and making sure the lobby isn't too cluttered. It is a functional building, nothing like those giant luxury places downtown, but it works for what people need. We have been here for a bit now, and the neighborhood has changed quite a lot with new shops popping up. We deal with all kinds of guests, from business folks to families just passing through. Sometimes things break or the internet acts up, and we have to scramble to fix it, but that is part of the job. It's a real place with real problems and real people working hard. We don't have a fancy script for when people check in. We just say hello and get them their keys. It's straightforward. We keep the place running because people need a spot to sleep near the planes and we are right here for them.
