Hitesh Hotels Private Limited is located on the 3rd Floor of the Vipul Trade Center. The specific spot is 326, and we are right there in Sector 48 on Sohna Road. Gurgaon is a fast place, and being in the Vipul Trade Center means we are right in the middle of all that energy. Our office is a functional space. We’ve got desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to our hotel staff. It’s not all glamour like people think. Running hotels involves a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff that isn't very exciting. We have to make sure the electricity bills are paid, the staff is trained, and the guests are happy. Being in Sector 48 is convenient for our partners to drop by. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We’ve been here in Gurgaon for a while and have seen the area change so much. Our team at Hitesh Hotels is pretty small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be interviewing a new chef, and the next I’m checking why a faucet is leaking. It’s just the way a local business works. We don't use big words or fancy strategies. We just try to run our hotels in a way that makes sense for the people staying there. It’s a long day usually.
