Hewlett Packard (Hp India Sales Pvt.Ltd.)

We are up on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Tower D&E, which is in Building No. 2 of the DLF Cyber Greens area. This part of Cyber City, Phase-III, is a very different world compared to the older parts of town. Everything is made of glass and steel, and there are elevators everywhere you look. Even though the name on the door is Hewlett Packard, or HP India Sales, we're just regular people. We spend a lot of time sitting at desks, looking at screens, and dealing with paperwork or phone calls. The office is big and the air-conditioning is almost too cold sometimes. You look out the windows at the other towers and see thousands of people running to meetings. We have a little kitchen area for coffee, which is where most of the actual talking happens during the day. It's a lot of coordination between different departments. The parking garage is always a nightmare in the morning rush, so we mostly just try to get to our desks before the crowds arrive. It’s a corporate building, sure, but we don't have mission statements hanging everywhere; we just focus on the tasks we’re given and try to stay organized in this big office space. It’s just how we get our work done. There is a cafeteria downstairs too, which helps when you forget to bring lunch from home.
