Haldiram Bhujiawala

We are located on the ground floor of Sahara Mall, right on the Main Mehrauli Gurgaon Road in Sector 28. If you have been to this mall, you know it is one of the older ones in the area. Our shop is easy to find because it is right there as you walk through the main doors. We spend a lot of time stacking boxes of snacks and sweets on the shelves. There are so many different kinds of bhujia and biscuits that it can be hard to keep track of everything. The floor gets a lot of foot traffic, especially on the weekends when families come out for a walk. We have to be careful with the glass display cases because children are always putting their hands on them. The lighting in the mall is a bit bright, but it makes everything look clear. We have a counter for the fresh snacks too, and that is where the most work happens. Someone is always frying something or packing up boxes for customers who are in a hurry. The smell of spices is everywhere here. Working in a mall means we don't see much of the sun during the day, but we know what the weather is like by seeing if people are carrying umbrellas or wearing heavy coats. It is a busy spot and we are constantly moving, but it is a good place to be if you like seeing different people every day.
