Groz Engineering Tools Pvt.Ltd. has been based out here in Village Kherki Daula for a while now. Being right on National Highway-8 makes it easy for the big trucks to come and go, which is important when you're moving heavy engineering tools. The area can be quite dusty and loud with all the traffic passing by, but it’s a practical location for what we do. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid place where we store tools and manage our records. Inside, it’s usually a mix of the sounds of packing tape and people talking over the phone to distributors. We deal with a lot of different items, from grease guns to precision measuring bits, so there’s always something being counted or boxed up. Some days are faster than others. Sometimes we’re waiting on a shipment that’s stuck somewhere on the highway, and other times we’re scrambling to get everything out before the evening pickup. The staff here mostly grew up around this part of the city or nearby villages. We aren't big on formal meetings; we usually just chat about what needs to be done while we're having tea in the breakroom. It’s honest work, and we try to keep things simple. We know our tools and we know our customers, and that’s pretty much the extent of it. No need to overcomplicate things when people just want a tool that works.
