Grand Hotels

We are based in Gurgaon at the Sushant Estate in Sector 52. Our specific spot is in Tower T3, at apartment 1101. The pin code here is 122002. Since we are in a residential tower, the office feels very quiet and private. We handle hotel management tasks from this apartment. It is a basic setup with a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of binders full of information. We do not have a big lobby or a front desk like the hotels we work with. It is just a regular living space that we have turned into a workspace. Being on the 11th floor gives us a decent view of the area, which is nice when we need a break from looking at screens. Gurgaon is a fast-paced city, but up here in T3, things feel a bit slower. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or responding to emails. We do not have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just focus on keeping things running smoothly for the properties we manage. The security guards at Sushant Estate are used to us by now. We do not get many visitors, so it is usually just us working through our lists. It is a simple, no-frills way to do business. We prefer it this way because it lets us focus on the actual work instead of how the office looks to others.
