Futures First

Our office is up on the 3rd floor of Vipul Square in B Block. Being in Sushant Lok-1 means we are right in the middle of a lot of other businesses. Futures First is basically a room full of computers and people looking at screens for most of the day. It’s a bit different from the shops on the ground floor because it’s much quieter up here, except for the sound of typing. We spend a lot of time sitting down, which can be tiring in its own way. The elevators in this building are sometimes slow, so a few of us just take the stairs to get our blood moving. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria; most of us just bring lunch from home and eat at our desks or go to the little stalls nearby. The view from the window is mostly just other office buildings and the parking lot below. It’s a very routine kind of job. We come in, check the data, do the work, and leave when the shift is over. There isn’t any fancy decor, just some basic office furniture and a lot of wires everywhere. It’s a straightforward professional space where we focus on the numbers. We don't really do anything flashy. It's just a regular workplace where people show up and do their bit before the commute home.
