Franklin Covey South Asia

You can find us over at M 1 12 in DLF City Phase II. This part of Gurgaon has changed so much over the years, but we have stayed right here in the 122002 area. We are the Franklin Covey South Asia team for this branch, but we don’t really act like those big corporate types. Our office is more about getting things done than looking perfect for photos. We have a lot of books and training materials lying around because that is the core of what we do. The desks are usually a bit messy with notes and coffee mugs, which is just how we work best. Gurgaon can get incredibly hot in the summer, so our air conditioner is probably the most important member of the team during those months. We have a small pantry where we heat up our lunches and talk about whatever shows we are watching or the traffic on the way in. It is a very normal environment. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to impress anyone with big speeches. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people who need our help with their projects. It’s a straightforward job and we like the people we work with. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city.
