You can find us at Plot No. 107 on the ground floor of Vyapar Kendra in Sushant Lok-1. It’s a handy location because Vyapar Kendra is where everyone goes for their daily bits and pieces. We like being on the ground floor because people can just wander in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. There are usually a few files lying around and maybe some empty tea cups. We’ve been part of the Sushant Lok community for a good while now. Fauzi Associates isn't some big firm with branches everywhere; it’s just us right here. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and other shopkeepers nearby. It’s a friendly place to work. When someone comes in looking for a house or a shop, we don’t give them a rehearsed speech. We just listen to what they need and see what we can find in the local listings. It’s a lot of phone calls and walking around the blocks to check on properties. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just help people find property and try to keep the process as simple as we can. It’s just everyday work for us in a neighborhood we know well.
