Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd.

We are up on the 3rd Floor of Ninex City Mart, out in Sector 49 on Sohna Road. It’s a bit different than a street-side shop since we are in a mall building. Most of our day is spent handling service requests and talking to people about their fridges and washing machines. Sohna Road is always packed with traffic, so we see the commuters crawling by from our windows. The office is a bit plain, just desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork. We aren't the ones out in the field with the wrenches, but we’re the ones making sure the technicians know where to go. It can get pretty stressful when a lot of appliances break down during a heatwave. The phones don't stop ringing and the coffee machine gets a real workout. We’ve got a small team here just trying to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of staring at screens and filing reports. Ninex City Mart is a busy place, so lunch breaks usually mean grabbing something quick downstairs. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to get through the stack of service tickets before the end of the shift. It’s a corporate building, but we’re just regular people working a job. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but that's just life in a big office block.
