Dsa Of Club Mahindra

Our office is over in DLF Phase 3, which is one of the busiest parts of Gurgaon. We are at S-48, spread across a couple of units like 35 and 36. It’s a fast-paced environment here. Being a DSA for Club Mahindra means we spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who are thinking about their next vacation. Gurgaon has this energy where everyone is always moving, and our office is no different. We have a lot of maps and brochures lying around, but mostly we are just talking to families about what they want for their holidays. It’s a small team, and we’ve all gotten quite close over the months. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The building we are in is typical for this area—lots of glass and concrete. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we just take the stairs. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge corporate entity. We’re just a local branch trying to help people figure out their membership stuff. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on a call at once. We deal with all sorts of questions, some easy and some really complicated. We just try to be honest with people about what works for them. After work, most of us are just looking forward to the commute back home. It’s a regular job in a regular part of the city.
