Devi Resorts is based at Rithora House, which is out near Nirankari College in Sohna, Gurgaon. The area has changed quite a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. Our pin code is 122103. It’s a bit further out than the main city center, which gives it a different feel. We aren't a massive hotel chain with thousands of rooms. Rithora House is more of a local spot where we manage things. We spend our time keeping the place in order and dealing with whatever comes up during the day. It’s not a polished corporate office with marble floors. It’s more of a functional space where we can sit down and talk about the work. Being near the college means there’s often students and activity nearby, which keeps things from getting too quiet. We don't have a big marketing budget or glossy brochures. People usually hear about us from others who have been here before. We just try to keep things running smoothly and deal with the paperwork as it piles up. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it suits the location. We are just local people managing a local place. We don’t try to act like we’re something we’re not. It’s just us at Rithora House, working through the week and taking care of the property as best as we know how. It is just our regular daily life here.
