This isn't one of those brand new glass buildings you see in other parts of Gurgaon. It’s more of a settled neighborhood. Working at Crowne Plaza Today Hotel means things are usually moving pretty fast. We have people checking in and out at all hours. The lobby gets busy, and sometimes the elevators take forever, but that’s life in a hotel. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to make sure the rooms are clean and the food is hot. It’s a lot of hard work behind the scenes that most people don’t see.
