Crocus Hotels Private Limited is based over in New Palam Vihar. Our office is at D-15A in Sahib Kunj, which is part of Phase-III. It’s a bit tucked away, but we like it that way because it’s quiet. We don’t have a big neon sign or a fancy lobby for guests. It is just a functional workspace where we manage our hotel business. Most of our time is spent on the phone or on the computer, making sure all the rooms and staff at our locations are sorted out. New Palam Vihar has its own vibe, and being in Sahib Kunj means we are close to the action but still have some peace. We started this because we know the hotel industry and wanted to run things our own way. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or have long meetings about missions and visions. We just look at what needs to be fixed or updated and we get to it. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way so we know exactly what is happening at every property. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, and we just deal with it like everyone else. We’ve been in Phase-III for a bit now, and we’ve made a good home for the business here. It’s just us doing our best to keep things running properly while keeping our heads down and working hard.
