COZZET HOTELS & RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Unit No 159 on the 5th floor of Vipul Business Park. It’s right on Sohna Road in Sector-48. If you know Gurgaon, you know Sohna Road is always packed with cars and people. COZZET HOTELS & RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED is just one of many names in this building. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, which is mostly just a sea of white cars and buses. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the usual stuff like a printer that jams too often and some desks that we probably should have replaced last year. The 122002 area is quite busy, so there is always something happening outside. We spend our time answering emails and talking about the day's tasks. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge area. It’s just a workplace. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so we have to keep sweaters at our desks even in the Haryana summer. People come and go through the business park all day. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes, finding Unit No 159 among all the others. We’ve got a small window that lets in some light, which is nice when the sun isn't too harsh. It's just home base for us and we stay busy most of the week.
