City Mark Hotel

City Mark Hotel sits right at Mahaveer Chowk on the Main Road. If you know where the Punjab National Bank is, then you’ve probably seen our building because it’s right near there. The area is always loud because of the traffic coming through the chowk. It’s a lot of people going to the bank or just moving through the city. We have a routine here that starts before the sun is even up. We check the rooms and make sure the lobby is clean for the morning. 122001 is a busy pin code and you can feel that energy right outside the front door. The building itself is practical. We don't have a big fancy lobby with fountains, just a desk and some chairs where people can sit while they wait. We deal with all sorts of things, from light bulbs that need changing to guests who arrive much later than they said they would. It’s a lot of walking up and down the halls. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the local tea stalls and where to get things fixed. It’s not a quiet life working on a main road at a major intersection, but it keeps us on our toes. We just focus on getting the rooms ready and making sure the gate is locked at night. It’s a simple hotel for people who need a place to stay while they are in the city.
