Chokhi Dhani 5-Star Resorts

Operating from B-1302 in the Irwo Classic Apartments in Sector 57, Gurgaon, things are a bit different than the way things look at the resort. This is mostly where we handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for Chokhi Dhani. Rail Vihar is a quiet residential area, which is nice because it lets us focus on the booking logs and guest requests without too much noise from the main road. We spend our mornings checking emails and coordinating with the kitchen and cultural teams back at the resort. There’s always someone on the phone asking about room availability or how the dinner packages work. It’s a 5-star brand, but here in this apartment office, we’re just a small group of people making sure everything runs smooth. Sometimes we have to deal with last-minute cancellations or people wanting specific folk dance arrangements for their parties. Gurgaon can be quite chaotic with the construction and traffic, so having this base in Sector 57 helps us stay organized. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just make sure that when someone arrives at the resort, their name is on the list and their room is ready. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, honestly. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with every caller. If a date is booked, it’s booked. We don’t overcomplicate things here in Haryana.
