Chaddha Architect Solutions

Our place, Chaddha Architect Solutions, is located at 72/7 in Dayanand Colony. It is a part of Gurgaon 122001 that feels a bit more like an old-school residential neighborhood than a business district. The office is just a small, functional space where we get together to work on building plans and try to solve various design problems. We aren't located in one of those huge glass and steel buildings you see elsewhere; we are just right there in the colony. It feels a bit more personal and connected that way. We know many of the people who live and work around the 72/7 area. Most of our day is spent hunched over our desks or talking on the phone with different contractors and suppliers. It can get a bit crowded inside with all the material samples and large drawings we have piled up on the tables. We don't really worry about having a perfect-looking office for show. It is much more about having a quiet spot where we can actually sit down and get the work done. Dayanand Colony is a busy area with shops and houses, so there is always something happening right outside our door. We have been here for a good stretch of time and the location suits us well. We just show up every morning, do our architecture work, and then head home. There is no big mystery to how we operate. We just keep our heads down and focus on whatever the current job requires. It works for us.
