Our office is down in the basement of the Kalyani Complex in Sector 14. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we all appreciate. It’s a busy building with a lot of other businesses around, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the air. We’ve got our setup with drafting tables and computers squeezed in. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on detailed drawings and figuring out the structural side of things. Sometimes we have to go upstairs just to see what the weather is doing. People come in with all sorts of ideas, and we spend our time trying to make those ideas work on paper. We’re a small crew, and we’ve known each other for a long time. Sector 14 is a great location for us because it’s central. We do a lot of walking back and forth to different sites nearby. The office is often full of the smell of coffee and the sound of printers going. We don’t really do anything fancy here; we just focus on getting the work done and making sure the plans are accurate. It’s a humble spot, but we’ve managed to do a lot of good work from this little basement space. We spend plenty of time checking local regulations to make sure everything we draw can actually be built without any major issues.
