Vastukalp Architects

We've been running Vastukalp Architects out of Saini Plaza for a good while now. Our office is up on the first floor, number 520, which is right in the middle of the H Block Market in Palam Vihar. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Ram Mandir. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon, but it’s good for getting around to different sites. The office itself isn't anything flashy at all. It’s mostly just a workspace filled with stacks of drawings, some old drafting tools, and a couple of desks that have been with us since the start. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We spend most of our hours sketching out ideas or looking at technical plans on our screens. Sometimes the place gets a bit cluttered with samples of tiles or bricks, but that’s just how things go in this business. The team here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to heading out to check on a foundation. It can be a bit hectic when we have a few deadlines hitting at once, but we manage somehow. Lunch usually means grabbing something quick from one of the stalls downstairs. It’s nice being in a spot where everything is within walking distance. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; usually we just sit down and explain a drawing to someone in plain English. We just focus on getting the work finished here in Gurgaon - 122017.
