Bandhu Super Mart

Bandhu Super Mart is located at Plot Number 106-107 on Palam Road in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. We are quite close to the railway crossing, so we hear the trains passing by pretty often throughout the day. The shop sits on a couple of plots, so we have a fair amount of room compared to some of the smaller kiosks on the road. We spend a lot of time walking up and down the aisles, checking the stock and making sure everything is in its place. It is a lot of physical work, especially when the big deliveries arrive and we have to haul everything inside. Gurgaon is always changing, but this part of Palam Road stays pretty consistent. We aren't a big corporate supermarket with uniforms and scripts. We are just a local mart where we do the work ourselves. The floor is made of simple tiles that we mop when we get a chance. Sometimes the shelves look a bit messy because we’ve been too busy to straighten them up perfectly. We have a lot of regular customers from the nearby houses who come in for their daily needs. It’s a straightforward shop. We don't use any flashy language or big promises. We just open up the doors, turn on the lights, and wait for the day to start. Being near the crossing means there is always a bit of a rumble when the trains go by, but we’ve gotten used to it.
