Azad Associates

You can find Azad Associates at number 64 in Sector 38. We are quite close to Modi City, so it is a landmark most folks use when they are trying to navigate this side of the area. The office is in a residential-looking block, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings in the center of town. We have been working out of this space for several years now. It’s just a basic room with some maps on the wall and a very old computer that still manages to get the work done. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. Usually, we just sit down with whoever walks in and listen to what they need. Sector 38 is a growing spot, and being near Modi City means there is always some new construction or people moving in for work. We keep track of the local plots and the houses that come up for lease. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. We just want to provide a place where people can get clear answers about the property here. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the street for some tea. It’s a local business run by local people. We know the neighbors and the history of the land around here. That is usually enough to help people get settled without any fuss.
