You will find us at B-53 in the Mangolpuri Industrial Area. This is Phase II, and it is a very busy part of town. There are factories all around us. The building is a solid block of grey concrete. We have a big heavy door at the entrance that stays open most of the day. Inside, Astra Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is a mix of sewing stations and cutting tables. The air smells a bit like steam and new fabric. We have bins full of buttons and zippers that sometimes get mixed up. The lighting is okay, but we have extra lamps for the detailed work. It gets loud when everyone is working at once. The delivery guys are always coming and going. The stairs are narrow, so moving large rolls of cloth up and down is a bit of a chore. We have some old posters on the walls that have been there for years. The floor is swept every evening, but by noon it is messy again. There is no air conditioning, just big industrial fans that move the air around. It is a gritty, hardworking environment. We do not have much in the way of a front office. Most visitors just stand by the main table or wait by the door. It is just a regular factory in a busy industrial zone where everyone is trying to meet their daily quotas.
