A.S. Chandan Resorts Llp is a small operation we run out of House Number 253 in Sector-45. We are located right here in Gurugram, and it’s a pretty local setup. We handle the management of resort properties and general hospitality work. It’s a family-style business, really. We don't have fancy corporate offices with glass walls, just our place in Sector-45 where we keep all our files and meet up to discuss the day's plans. We’ve been in the 122003 area for a good bit and we know the neighborhood inside and out. The work involves a lot of checking on things and making sure the resorts are being kept up properly. We aren't the type to use big words or make huge promises. We just try to be reliable and get the work done when it needs doing. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork finished. We appreciate the people who work with us and the neighbors around our Gurugram office. It’s a decent life, working in the resort business, even if it means we don't get much time off during the busy seasons. We just keep plugging away at it, one day at a time, making sure the houses and rooms we look after are in good shape for whoever needs them. It takes a lot of effort but we enjoy the routine.
