Arra Hotel & Resorts Private Limited is located at 195 Mohyal Colony, which is right near the Unitech Cyber Park in Gurgaon. It’s an interesting spot because we are so close to all those big tech companies and glass buildings, but Mohyal Colony itself feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood. Our office is just a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It makes the whole thing feel less like a cold corporate office and more like a place where people actually live and work. We spend our days managing various hotel properties and looking into new resort opportunities. The traffic around the Cyber Park can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we are lucky to be tucked away in the colony. We have a small team and we all just sit in what used to be the living room and dining area. There is usually a lot of noise from the street—horns honking and people walking by. We don't have any flashy signs out front. If you weren't looking for number 195, you might just drive right past us. We focus on the hospitality business without all the extra fluff. It's mostly about answering emails, making sure the numbers add up, and keeping things on track. We've been here for a while and the location works well for us.
