We’re over in C Block of Sushant Lok Phase I, specifically at number 215. It’s quite near the Marriott Courtyard Hotel, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The office is a simple setup where we handle all our property work. Sushant Lok is a big area, and there’s always something going on with houses or apartments around here. We’ve been working in this part of town for quite a while, so we’ve seen how the neighborhood has filled out over the years. We don’t do much in the way of big marketing. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a lot of sitting down with a cup of tea and looking over floor plans or lease agreements. We try to keep things relaxed. Real estate can be stressful for people, so we don't see the need to add to that with a lot of high-pressure talk. We just show what’s available and explain the local situation as we see it. Some days are quiet and we just catch up on our files, and other days we’re running around between different blocks all afternoon. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We like being part of the local scene here in Phase I. It’s just what we do, day in and day out, without any fuss.
