Ananya Hospitality India

You can find us inside the Shopping Mall in DLF City Phase I, specifically at D-143. Being in a mall means there’s always music playing somewhere in the distance and the sound of people walking past our door. Ananya Hospitality India is a relatively small setup. We have a few chairs for visitors and some filing cabinets that are starting to overflow with paperwork. It’s not exactly the most spacious office, but we make it work. The mall lighting is a bit bright and artificial, so we sometimes keep the door open just to feel more connected to the hallway. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails about various bookings and arrangements. Phase I is a pretty busy part of town, so there’s never a dull moment. Some days are slower than others, especially when it’s raining and fewer people come to the mall. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which is probably the most used item in the whole room. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure things are lined up for people who are traveling or staying somewhere. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking details. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the regular day-to-day tasks that keep a hospitality business moving forward. It’s a practical way to spend the day in a busy shopping center.
