Ambience Hotels And Resorts is run out of House No.380 in Sheetla Colony. We are located specifically in Gali No.5-A. Gurgaon has grown so much lately, but this little corner feels a bit more grounded than the rest of the city. It is not one of those massive glass towers you see near the highway. It is a more personal space where we manage our hospitality business. Sheetla Colony is a busy residential and commercial mix. You will find us here most days working on bookings and managing the various aspects of our hotels. The house we work from is a standard building, nothing that looks like a resort from the outside. We find that being here keeps us close to the real side of Gurgaon. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just life in Haryana, so we have our backups ready. The street is a bit narrow, so it can be a squeeze for cars to pass each other. We know the neighbors, and it is a friendly enough place to spend the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure guests are happy and everything is running smoothly at our locations. It is a lot of coordination and logistical work behind the scenes. We do not really do the whole corporate polish thing. We are just regular people who work in the hotel industry and use this house as our home base.
